Production Process & Facilities

The production is almost fully automated, with a production capacity of 13.000 castors per day. Our entire production is fully controlled by an MRP software program, where we can have a full surveillance and traceability of the production codes in every step.

Our factory includes:

• Industrial Press Machines of 600 tn
• Industrial Press Machines of 400 tn
• Fully Automated Zinc Plating production line with 15-stations
• Fully Moving Robotic Driven-Automatic Assembling Machines
• Automatic Wheel Assembling Machines
• Testing Report Machine, including in R&D department
• Packaging and Storage department
